This Privacy Statement discloses the privacy practices of Reservopia.

In this Privacy Statement "we" and "us" refer to Reservopia, and "you" and "your" refer to the user(s) ("User(s)") and member(s) ("Member(s)") and related parties utilizing the Site.

Because Reservopia is committed to your privacy, we provide this information on our information practices:

In order to use most areas of the Site, a Company must first register as a Member, and must identify its Designated User(s). During registration, the Company is required to give contact information, and its Designated User(s) must provide personal information. We use this information to contact the Member about the services available on the Site, and to verify the identity of the Designated User. The Company also is required to provide information about its business operations. We use this information to tailor the Member's use of the Site and to authenticate Designated Users' identities.

We may communicate with users and Members through email, postal mail, courier or overnight delivery mail, telephone calls or faxes to describe our services, or to further our Partner Operations services. We collect relevant contact information for these purposes.
