What is Reservopia?
Reservopia is the best Appointment scheduling software when you want your customers to make an appointment, without having to call you or email you. This saves time for you, your staff and your customers. Your customers can pick a convenient time and a location that is suitable for both of you and increases customer satisfaction.
Is there a limit on the number of users?
An unlimited number of your customers could use Reservopia to make as many appointments as needed.
Is there a limit on the number of appointments that could be made?
There is NO limit on the number of appointments that could be made, with any plan, including the free plan.
Can I still make appointments with clients who call instead of using Reservopia?
Yes, you can make appointments for your customers who call or email you and schedule time using Reservopia.
How will I know when someone makes an appointment online?
You can configure Reservopia to send you an email or a text message or you can login to Reservopia and look at your appointment list.
Can my clients see who else has booked for a specific event, class, or session?
No, your clients cannot see who else has appointments. They can only see whether a specific timeslot is available or not.
Service Providers
Who is a “Service Provider”?
Any individual/professional, whose time needs to be scheduled, is a “service Provider”. For example, if you are an individual accountant, you are a “Service Provider”. If your firm has 5 accountants and all their time could be scheduled, then each is a “Service Provider”.
Could Reservopia be used to schedule a conference room?
Absolutely. Reservopia is built to schedule time with any resource – a human person or a physical or virtual asset. A conference room, a club house, a tennis court, a supercomputer time, are some examples. Use your imagination! Any asset’s usage could be scheduled with Reservopia.
Locations
What if my business has different locations?
You can add as many locations as you need. There are no limits to the number of locations in the Enterprise or Volume plans.
What if my locations are in different time zones?
You can set the time zone for each location.
What if my operating hours are different in different locations?
No Problem. You can configure operating hours and scheduling hours by location.
What if I do not have a location? I only work online.
No problem at all. You just select “Online” as your configuration option and you are all set to go.
Are online and physical locations supported simultaneously?
Definitely. You could schedule an online meeting, or a meeting at one or more of your locations or at an outside location that’s mutually convenient to you and your customer. Your customer could do all this based on your configurations and your availability.
Services
My business provides multiple services.
In the Enterprise and Volume plans, you can configure as many services as needed. There are no restrictions.
My business provides some services at some locations during different hours.
Reservopia is perfect for any combination of locations, services, work hours, service providers and time zones! The various elements can be configured in any combination. Reservopia technology can handle the most complex scenario with a simple user interface.
Can I block or make time slots unavailable for my clients?
Annual, recuring and custom Holidays could be configured in Reservopia. Additionally, any specific days could be blocked and made unavailable.
Can I limit how far ahead customers can book appointments?
Yes, you can restrict the appointments by date range.
Notifications
Does Reservopia send appointment alerts?
Yes. Reservopia sends email alerts free of cost and text message alerts with paid plans.
Multiple Languages
Is Reservopia available in other languages?
Reservopia is currently offered in English and Spanish.
Customers with any paid plan could offer their services
in multiple languages. Reservopia is built such that
adding additional languages is a snap! If you have a
requirement to offer Reservopia in a different language,
contact Sales.
Technical
Could I sync Reservopia appointments with my calendar?
Yes. You could sync Reservopia appointments with your Google, Yahoo and Outlook and Office 365 calendars.
Who has access to my appointment data? Are there multiple roles within Reservopia?
Only authorized users with a valid login could access your data. Reservopia provides multiple roles – “Admin”, “Supervisor”, “Provider” – enabling you to control who sees what data.
Do I need a website to use online appointment scheduling?
No, you do not need a separate website. You could just provide your unique Reservopia URL to your customers to let them make appointments with you. When you sign-up for an account on Reservopia, you will be provided a URL. Your customers could book appointments using this URL.
My business name changed. Can I change my appointment booking link?
Yes, you can rename your appointment booking link /
unique URL by going into settings.
How do I integrate Reservopia with my website?
Does Reservopia scale for large organizations?
Absolutely. Reservopia runs in the cloud and is architected to scale endlessly!
Is there a Reservopia mobile app?
Currently, Reservopia is offered only as a Web Application. But it is fully optimized to run on all mobile devices. So, there is no need to download any app.

Is Reservopia available in a traditional software license model?
Yes. Reservopia could be installed on your servers.

What does Reservopia cost?
The Basic plan is fully functional and is absolutely free. It is only limited by the number of locations, languages, services, providers etc.
The paid plans offer a variety of options to suit the specific needs of various size businesses.
